Being from New York, it can be hard to get into the holiday spirit when it’s still 80 degrees outside, but luckily there are some amazing holiday events in Southern California. If you’re ready for delicious holiday food, ice-skating, and dazzling Christmas lights then keep reading.
I attend this event each year and it just keeps getting better each year. Disney lovers can head to California Adventure and visit booths set up around the park featuring different cuisine and libations from around the world. The eggnog is a must try and you”ll be impressed with how it packs a punch. Be sure to check out our article of all the best selections from this year event. Every year we spend hours visiting each booth and leave no crumb behind. In addition to their Festival of Holidays, they also have even more treats that can be found around the entire park. I had the most amazing time last year at The Queen Mary. This year should be even more unique as the entire event will be aboard the ship. In fact on the very top deck guests will be able to enjoy ice skating beneath the decorative Queen Mary stacks and the mesmerizing night sky. The event will feature fun activities like meet and greats with Santa, stocking decorating, and delicious cocktails for the adults. Check out last years event.
Knotts Berry Farm always wows me with their holiday events. I visit every single event Knotts Berry Farm throws and love them all. During Knotts Merry Farm families will experience new holiday treats, hourly snow falls, nightly tree lighting, and Santa’s Cabin. In Santa’s Cabin, kids will be able to meet Santa in person while enjoying treats like cookies and milk and chocolate covered cheesecake.
