pacific wine food classic

There are some food events in Orange County that exude culinary excellence and The Pacific Wine & Food Classic is definitely one of them. This event is a haven for foodies who appreciate the most amazing restaurants and delectable wines that Southern California has to offer. At the Pacific Wine & Food Classic, you will explore, taste and sip more than 100 food, wine and cocktail stations. There will be local celebrity chef demonstrations at the Fisher & Paykel /DCS Cooking Stage, hosted by Food Network Star, Simon Majumdar. The regions top chefs and mixologists will be treating attendees to creative dishes derived from their favorite summer memories. You”ll enjoy delicious wine & food while being inspired by music, an ocean breeze, and sandy toes as you enjoy an incredible gourmet experience.
