Valentines Day Charcuterie Board and How to Make Salami Roses
This Valentines Day Charcuterie Board is adorable with Salami Roses, heart shaped cheeses, cookies, fresh fruit, and more. Learn how to style the perfect Charcuterie Board and make these Salami Roses.
First cut 2 slices of salami in half and roll one piece.
Then layer the other 3 cut pieces around the rolled pieces to start forming your petals. Overlay each piece slightly and place just slightly higher than the center piece.
Next layer whole slices of salami overlapping each other and placed slightly higher.
Finally, secure your rose with a toothpick at the bottom and place on your board.
How to Make a Valentines Day Charcuterie Board
Start by placing your ramekins randomly on your board, filled with olives and pickles (or any optional items like dips). Then begin with cutting your cheeses into a variety of heart shapes with your cookie cutter and place to the side.
Next, make your Salami Roses following the steps above and place on your board.
Grab some crackers and fan them out along the edges of the board on opposite sides of each other.
Then, place your dried fruit throughout the board, layered with handfuls of nuts, and topped with colorful small fruits like raspberries (or pomegranate, dried cranberries). Make sure the board is filled to the very edges
Then add your fruit and cookies in any blank spaces left open. Its ok if some overlap.
Sprinkle your candy around the board.
Finally, add your cheeses and go back one more time and make sure to fill in any gaps and place items to the very edge of the board
