Preheat your oven to 350F. In a small pan melt butter and then add it to a bowl with the cocoa powder and monk fruit sweetener/erythritol.
Then add the oat flour and eggs. Whisk until combines, but do not over whisk.
Pour the mixture into a buttered or parchment lined 8X8 baking dish and sprinkle with large granule sea salt. Bake for 17-18 minutes.
Then garnish with an extra sprinkle of salt and cut into squares.

Do not over mix your batter
for chewy brownies be careful not to over bake.
This recipe has 8g of sugar alcohol and only 2g of Net Carbs. To find Net Carbs you subtract the Fiber and half the Sugar Alcohol from total carbohydrates. 8g Sugar Alcohol divided by 2 = 4 + 3g Fiber = 7 - 9g carbs = 2 net carb.
