This Dubai Chocolate Ice Cream is made with the Ninja Creami and tastes just like authentic Dubai Chocolate, featuring rich chocolate and pistachio with dried Kataifi.
Add all ingredients to a blender and mix on high until the cottage cheese is completely blended.
Pour the mixture into your creami container. If the mixture is foamy, let it settle for a few minutes. Then place in the freezer with the lid off.
After 24 hours, remove your mixture from the freezer and run the sides under warm water for 30 seconds.
Place the container in the machine and run on the ice cream setting.
Then remove from the machine and add 1/2 tablespoon more of the chocolate protein shake, any additional sweetener, and re-spin.
Mix-In
Optional, dig a hole in the center of the ice cream, add 1/2 tablespoon of pistachios in the center, and put back in the machine on the Mix-In setting.
Top with the Kataifi, more crushed pistachios, and enjoy!
Notes
The Kataifi (Shredded Fillo Dough) for a topping will add 30 calories for a tablespoon
1 tbsp of chopped pistachios will add 40 - 60 calories.
Adding the additional 1/2 tbsp of agave will add 30 calories.
