OC Burger Week has finally arrived and we didn’t waste any time filling our bellies with some big beefy burgers. This new awesome event will take place between July 14th-20th. Orange Counties best restaurants will be concocting creative menu’s priced at $10, $15, $20, & $25 which will include a variety of different burger creations as well as chicken and pork options. I can tell you right away that these restaurants brought their burger-a-game and Orange County locals will not be disappointed.

Luckily, I got a first look at some of the burgers coming your way. I sampled several mini versions of several burgers so when you order from the special menu, you will be receiving a massive burger! In addition to burgers, many restaurants will also be featuring specialty cocktails created just for this event. Gentleman Kraken – dry aged beef, grilled spinach, bacon patty, octopus, pickled jalapeno, fennel slaw, roasted piquillo aioli, and squid ink bun.

Bison Burger was my favorite burger from the event. It is made with bone marrow and shishito jam, morbier cheese, and crispy pickled onions.

Kimichi Pork Burger – ground pork patty, jalapeno cheddar, house-made kimchi slaw, crispy pork rinds, avocado ginger aioli.
– Wild Goose Tavern $15 price includes a draft beer
The Matador Burger is one of the best values for OC Burger Week. It features a ground beef patty, chipotle, lettuce, tomato, habanero pepper jack cheese, and jalapeno bacon. – Matador Cantina y Cocina $10 served with curly fries
Fresh Prince with Effen vodka, seedlip herbal, lemon aquafaba, dill is available for OC Burger Week at The Country Club for $12
Dragon’s Breath cocktail made with Maker’s Mark, yuzu puree, honey syrup, fiery ginger, plum bitter, smoked shishito peppers. This is also on the special cocktail menu at The Country club for $12.
