This S'mores Ice Cream features rich chocolatey flavors with puffy marshmallows and crunchy graham crackers. It's also guilt-free with less than 200 calories and 15g of protein per serving!
Add Protein Shake, Monk Fruit, Collagen, and Cottage Cheese to a blender. Blend on low until the cottage cheese is completely mixed.
Pour into a pint container and freeze for 24 hours.
Remove from the freezer and run the sides and bottom under hot water for a few seconds.
Run on the ice cream setting. Then remove, add 1 tablespoon of milk or more protein shake, and optional agave. Then re-spin.
Make a hole in the center of the ice cream and add the graham crackers and marshmallow, being sure to push them down to the bottom. Also, be sure to save some to sprinkle on the top of your ice cream.
Run on the Mix-In setting.
Then scoop into a bowl and top with some crumbled graham crackers and additional marshmallows.
