Ninja Creami Sweet Potato Pie Ice Cream
This Ninja Creami Ice Cream tastes just like Sweet Potato Pie with a hint of spicy and marshmallow goodness. The texture is creamy and perfect just like store bought ice cream.

Instructions
Add all of the ingredients to a blender. Pour into your Ninja Creami container and place in the freezer for 24 hours without the lid.
Blend on the ice cream setting. Once finished, add molasses and re-spin. If the ice cream is powdery, also add 1 tbsp of milk.
Marshmallow Topping
Using a small coffee frother, mix 1 tbsp of marshmallow fluff with 1 tbsp of milk. Pour over your ice cream and enjoy.
Notes
You can use canned yams and omit the sweeteners
If your ice cream is powdery after the first spin, simply add 1 tbsp of milk and re-spin.
I prefer to add the molasses during the re-spin as it keeps the flavor richer and you will not need to add as much sweetener.
