Strawberry Spinach Salad with Blueberries & Feta
This Strawberry Spinach Salad is the perfect summer dish loaded with fresh ripe strawberries and blueberries with a sprinkle of tangy feta cheese, crunchy pistachios, and a delicious balsamic vinaigrette finished with a drizzle of balsamic glaze.

diced or crumbled

Instructions
First, in a small bowl whisk the balsamic vinegar and oil together, then set aside.
In a large bowl add your sliced strawberries, blueberries, and spinach. Pour over about 1/4 cup of the Balsamic & Oil and toss together.
Add the salad to a serving dish and top with the feta & pistachios. Then top the salad off with a drizzle of balsamic glaze.
As a garnish, I add a few whole strawberries around the outer rim of the salad.
Notes
Use the remaining balsamic to serve on the table with the salad for anyone who would like a little extra.
