  1. 3D Dining Experience at the CIA’s (Culinary Institute of America) Copia Restaurant

Imagine a dinner that surrounds you with projections and holograms, telling a story about the cuisine you’re about to eat.

For a truly immersive and unique experience, you will want to head to the CIA. You won’t be solving any crimes as this CIA, as this is the Culinary Institute of America. The CIA is the most well known and prestigious culinary school in America. At their restaurant, Copia, guests will be able to enjoy a one of a kind 3D dining experience. 2. Morimoto Napa

A must visit on my list was Morimoto Napa.

Downtown Napa has no shortage of amazing restaurants to enjoy. A must visit on my list was Morimoto Napa. We all know Morimoto from his reigning title as the Food Networks’ Iron Chef, but this was my first opportunity to try his cuisine myself. There are several selections on the menu diners rave about like the Toro Tartare and my personal favorite the Spicy King Crab Legs. If you want to try a variation of items, Morimoto Napa also offers an Omesake Tasting menu for $130. This 8-course menu is well worth it and will offer the perfect selection of Morimotos’ award-winning cuisine. Learn More

3. Bounty Hunter Wine Bar & Smokin BBQ

If you’ve never thought to mix wine and BBQ then this restaurant and wine bar will change your mind.

The Bounty Hunter Wine Bar and Smokin BBQ is a favorite among both Napa locals and visitors. They offer the perfect mix of succulent BBQ and numerous wine flights that visitors are sure to love. Bounty Hunter Wine Bar & Smokin BBQ is most notably known for their beer can rotisserie chicken which can be carved up and served with a huge array of side dishes.

However, Bounty Hunter actually began as a wine store carrying over 400 wines just at their Downtown Napa location. The introduction of BBQ was their clever way to attract guests with the fragrant smell of their smokers. I’d say it definitely worked because during my visit they were packed from the moment they opened the doors at 11am! Learn More
