New Seasonal Dishes from the team at Olea, Ironwood, & Vine Restaurants

Restaurant Reviews

The talented team at Olea, Ironwood, and Vine Restaurants have created new seasonal dishes to kick off the holidays. Executive Chef Jared Cook did not disappoint with a handful of new selection that are mouth-watering. The best part is they have three convenient locations in Newport Beach, Laguna Hills, and San Clemente, so all Orange County locals can enjoy.

Olea-cocktail

For the holiday season, Gabes’ latest creation is the bourbon-based Doc Holiday.

First, for cocktails, the lead bartender Gabe Whorley has created a new concept called the “Chef Cocktail” which will feature a new cocktail each month. For the holiday season, Gabes’ latest creation is the bourbon-based Doc Holiday. It features ingredients like Chinese 5 spice, nutmeg, Montenegro, and star anise for garnish.

The smoky salmon and Tobiko caviar is the perfect twist on a classic deviled egg.

Then, for starters, diners will love the Grapevine Smoked Salmon Deviled Eggs. These arrive with a generous dollop of black Tobiko caviar and pickled onions. The presentation is a showstopper and the smoky salmon flavor is the perfect twist on a classic deviled egg.

Executive Chef Jared Cook was kind enough to share his recipe for his Brown Sage Butter Sauce with Pumpkin Agnolotti.

Another fantastic new starter is the housemade Pumpkin Agnolotti with Brown Sage Butter Sauce. We recently met with Executive Chef Jared Cook who was kind enough to share his recipe for those who would like to try and make this on their own. I will definitely be recreating it at home for the holidays!

Olea-Steak

I can never visit without ordering their filet with langoustine.

New entrees this season will include their amazing Filet topped with fried langoustine and bearnaise as well as the addition of a Double R- Ranch Bone-in Ribeye and enormous 2lb American Wagyu Porterhouse. Their steak selections have always been top-notch and I can never visit without ordering their filet with langoustine.

Olea-Crab-Legs

This holiday season they will also be introducing a special entree which will include Kind Crab legs. This will only be available for holiday reservations.

Olea-Seasonal-Fruit-Crumble

One of the best cobblers I’ve had and the butterscotch ice cream takes it to a whole new level.

Finally, no meal is complete without dessert. The new seasonal fruit cobbler is to die for featuring warm apples, spices, and topped with butterscotch ice cream. This is truly one of the best cobblers I’ve had and the butterscotch ice cream takes it to a whole new level.
