Andrei’s in Irvine recently introduces a new Saturday brunch you are not going to want to miss. Orange County definitely needs more amazing brunch spots and this spread did not disappoint. Each dish was perfectly executed with delicious offerings that will keep you coming back for more. We can only hope Andrei’s Saturday brunch can extend into the entire weekend!
To begin they have a wonderful mimosa cart where you can indulge in everything from bellini’s, mimosas, and champagne topped with Chambord. To accompany your cocktails you can also enjoy their delicious bread basket with french toast sticks and cornbread served with homemade maple whipped butter.
Next, it’s nearly impossible to select from all their amazing brunch options. Their Chilaquiles topped with sliced flank steak, scrambled eggs, and avocado cream is a must try. They also make one of my favorite crab cake benedicts with a very tasty jalapeno hollandaise sauce.
If you want to try something really unique and special, then definitely make sure you order the Arugula Salad with Tempura Poached Egg. This dish is simple, yet amazing. After eating a tempura fried poached egg you”ll never want regular eggs again!
Finally, no brunch would be complete without something sweet to go with all your savory dishes. I highly recommend their Creme Brulee French Toast. This cinnamon-french vanilla french toast is topped with caramelized bananas and a cinnamon whipped cream that is out of this world.
Andrei’s in Irvine also has a killer happy hour which we frequent often. We love that they now offer such a beautiful and delicious Saturday brunch we can enjoy!
