OC Restaurant Week Uncorked will take place Sunday September 13th through Saturday September 26th. This year will bring all new offerings including special takeout family meals, pre-fixed dine-in menu’s, and special cocktail and wine selections. Now more than ever, our local restaurants need our support. This week we’re encouraging everyone in Orange County to put down the apron, plan a date night, or bring home an amazing family meal.
New this year, OC Restaurant Week Uncorked, will be offering special family meals available for takeout. For those who aren’t ready for dine-in, OC Restaurant Week has you covered. For only $50 you can head over to Descanso and grab a huge family meal with two pounds of meat, a quart of refried beans, a quart of Mexican rice, 15 tortillas, pico de gallo, salsa verde, salsa frita, lime wedges and chips. Diners can choose two meats including chicken, steak, carnitas, or el pastor. There are over 30 family meals being offered ranging from $30 – $70.
If you’re looking for the perfect date night excuse or time to catch up with your friends, you wont find any shortage of options. I’ll take any excuse to enjoy the Lamb Shank from Olea.
Eddie V’s Menu looks amazing and they will be offering their Banana Fosters Butter Cake. This is one of my favorite desserts in all of Orange County.
