Paella lovers rejoice because the Paella Wine & Beer Festival is coming to Orange County for the first time! Guests will be able to enjoy over 80 types of delicious paella created by 50 local chefs. In addition, there will be unlimited wine, beer, and fun entertainment throughout the day.
This event will also serve as a competition where the winning chef will head to Spain next month to compete in the prestigious World Paella Championship. You better believe these chefs will be bringing their A-Game. There will also be a record set with the largest paella ever made in the United States, enough to feed 3,000 people, prepared by Chef Leo Razo of Villa Roma in Laguna Niguel. I was lucky enough to get a little sneak peek last week and boy are you all in for a treat! As shown above, this is just a sample of the delicious paella dishes you will be indulging in during this one of a kind event.

A portion of all ticket sales will be donated to CANICA USA, a nonprofit which raises funds to grant wishes for impoverished children in Mexico and South America who are living with cancer.
