Five Crowns will be serving top tier meals from chef Alejandra Padilla. The holiday menus include Prime Ribs of Beef served in the traditional manner with au jus, Yorkshire pudding, organic whipped cream horseradish and choice of side. The Thanksgiving menu boasts the succulent Oven Roasted Free Range Turkey with stuffing, mashed potatoes, gravy, buttered Blue Lake green beans, and housemade cranberry compote. Christmas Eve menu highlights include Five Crowns’ traditional Roasted Goose with wild grains, mushroom, cherry and brussels sprout leaves. Those who will be dining at home, Five Crown has put together a traditional prime rib dinner to-go. Selections include hand-carved roast turkey with cranberry relish and gravy, prime rib with port wine au jus and roast beef with roasted red onions.
